No Occult Vampire Option

I'm creating a new Sims but there's no option to create a vampire. When I click on the option to create a 2nd sim, it doesn't show the Occult option. I do own the pack and I have been able to create ...

    Oh @GiardiniDiMarzo 

    Ok I figured it out. I looks for some reason the add-ons on the EA app itself got uninstalled (maybe during an update or something). I re-downloaded the add-ons and now it's working. Thanks for your support!

I attempted the repair option and even uninstalled the app but still no option for occult creation. I added the screenshot.
