No option for black and white cake?

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? At gourmet cooking skill level one, go to fridge or oven to see if the black and white cake appears.
What happens when the bug occurs? There is no black and white cake in the gourmet cooking option.
What do you expect to see? A black and white cake in the gourmet cooking options.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.

I've been playing the sims on ps4 for a while now and I've never seen the black and white cake, I saw it on the internet and I was like, oh! I wonder what cooking skill I need for that... Gourmet level 1. Ok, I've had sims with a higher level then that and I have one currently. I look at my gourmet cooking options and it's not there, in fact, I've never seen it. Is this a bug or what? I'm level 4 gourmet cooking skill, so what the heck.
