No woohoo or try for baby option

Hello! I play the game without any mods and I did not cheat my sims to age up or anything. My sim was in a relationship before and everything was okay with the woohoo option. In this one tho, the option is not available. When I try to make them woohoo in the closet it says "no sims available" when they are both there, both adults, max friendship and romance bars. Is this happening to anyone? As I said I use no mods at all, never had!
