Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Uploading a lot to the gallery
What happens when the bug occurs? When trying to upload my build to the gallery I get a spinning loading screen for about 60 seconds then nothing, lot doesn’t upload just saves to library
What do you expect to see? My lot to upload to the gallery
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

I’ve been trying to upload my lot to the gallery and it’s not working. The lot size is 8 MB. Ive removed all cc and mods from my game. I logged out of EA app and deleted localthumbnail catche and placing the lot in a new save file and it still doesn’t work. Build has some gallery art but not excessive.
Community ManagerNon of my builds will upload to the gallery or my library. Yet I can upload sims (households). A pop up message comes up saying “there was an error uploading to the library” regardless of if I select library or gallery upload. I play on a Mac and I don’t use cc or mods.
Theres been many updates and neither of them have solved this issue.
Is it a EA issue or am I doing something wrong?
Could anyone please help me work around this issue?
Hi, Yes I can upload individual rooms. The file size says 8 MB, I thought the limit was 10?
I even deleted a bunch of stuff to lower the file size to 5 MB and it still doesn’t work
