@Lumiasta Hello! I haven't done any testing but I've noticed several times my sims with the Observant reward trait aren't learning any traits upon meeting other sims. I wonder if maybe the reward trait was just broken by the pack or patch for GRO. Whatever the case, I agree that it should reveal ALL traits. Thanks for sharing!

I'm having this issue as well, but I don't have GRO. My only expansions are Get to Work, Seasons, Making Magic, and Vampires. And I'm playing on PS5, so no mods. Just noticed it for the first time today, it may have only started after I installed Vampires yesterday; my sim had the Observant perk before that.
