2ywtrhs9qypr I think those voices are probably just background noise. I hear them too in various places. Sometimes they do get a little loud though but the volume changes depending on location and time of day. Sort of like noise you hear on a city street. Some are soft, others louder. You probably don't hear them in other, more rural worlds, but you still do hear some type of background noise there.
