What time do packs release for certain time zones on day of release?
@Hooded_Jay24 All packs release at 10 am Pacific time, which is UTC -7 during Daylight Savings and UTC -8 otherwise.

No, because the world has time zones, and they try to take into account all the users around the earth. Mine says it will be available for download at 12:00 pm. What time does yours say?
