Party-score related aspirations don't work

I am experiencing an issue where a sim with party-score aspirations (ie. ''earn silver on 2 parties thrown'') do not register. This is no matter what the score is requesting. Upon success, either earning bronze, silver, or gold, this does not register in the sim's aspirations.
