Performing Residential Rental Maintenance Tasks Cancels Event

Whenever I perform a maintenance task during a Residential Rental Maintenance Event, it automatically ends the event saying that nothing was done to resolve the issue, and as a result, the unit rating went down. 

It happens the moment I do a task, for every unit! 😡 I have even tried to sell and re-purchase the property.
