What happens when the bug occurs? " (PET) has achieved a PERFECT RUN on this course in 28 minutes. Wow! (SIM) must be a first-class pet training master." Now just wait a moment! This sim acquired "pet training skill" several minutes ago and now this?
What do you expect to see? Level 1 pet trainer SHOULD NOT complete a perfect run in any way. It must be impossible. Max level trainer: a. should complete the PERFECT run, if the pet has CLEVER trait(dog or cat); b. 80% of the time complete the PERFECT run, if the pet don't have CLEVER trait. Therefore, (Difficulty) = (TrainerLevel) * (PetCleverFactor) * EnvironmentFactor
