Pink Grid Lines
I am trying to remodel a house for my sim family. I am very distracted by these lines. Can anyone help me get rid of them>? I tried the Shift-Shift but it didn't work.

When in build mode, press O to remove the lines.

BraverAdventures Try changing the venue to something else, then back. Those lines can be from either For Rent or Business and Hobbies btw. The space assignment function works similarly in both packs.

New issue - Is there a way to turn off the pink grid lines when in build-mode, and you have the 'For Rent' package disabled? (there is no 'room' icon in the top menu bar when that pack is disabled)

[BH] Tiny pink outline lines appearing while building | EA Forums - 12084435I have the same issue. There is nothing to turn it off, because it`s not a rental house. When you leave the property and reload it it should be gone.
At the top next to the bulldoze lot button, the one next to it is how you turn the lines off! It's do highlight for businesses which rooms are accessible for employees and customers or strictly residential
If you toggle off the rooms button in the top section of the screen, does the outlines get removed?
Is it a home where the sims have a small business? It looks like the outlines used to mark off rooms in a home business.
