Placing stairs in Rattlesnake Juice Bar Lot crashes the game

    Hi PachimaREEE​ 

    I tested your save game and can dupe the crashing. 

    I then bulldozed the lot and downloaded another building and that worked fine.

    I saw some other weird behavior when placing the building on another lot, where I couldn't place any stairs and got an OP failed message and then couldn't place anything anymore.

    On reloading the game, that didn't happen anymore. Funny thing was that after going to some other lots,  I couldn't dupe the crashing anymore either.

    I didn't test a new save but for me, building something somewhere else and then go back to the rattlesnake lot, fixed the crashing.

    So basically what I did was:

    1. Load a random lot in build mode (other than rattlesnake)
    2. Place something small
    3. Back to map
    4. Load Rattlesnake
    5. Place as many stairs as you like.
