Previous Event Rewards disapperaded literal after starting Grim event.

I entered sims and was making a new character for the grim event, and literally when in character creator i had the practice makes perfect trait. After i started the event and collected some rewards, i went to create a new character and the trait was no longer there. I even went to create a new game and the trait wasn't there. all of the other rewards are gone but what i have for the grim so far.
