Prior event rewards/event filter disappeared

Question

@crinrict For testing purposes, I moved the accountDataDB file to the desktop. Doing this a new file was created, ok. But all the CAS items from the previous event (the pre LD one) also disappeared.

@GiardiniDiMarzo  They should not disappear. They are tied to your account. I've deleted that file so many times and never had them disappear.Have you filtered by event ?

@crinrict Even the filter option disappeared. Anyway, I don't want to go too far off topic, I simply put the old accountDataDB file back in the The Sims 4 folder in Documents and the CAS items went back to where they were.

@GiardiniDiMarzo Split this. Sounds like a different issue.

Sounds very off. The accountDataDB is being re-created based on the info that's on your account so it really shouldn't make the rewards disappear.

What happens if you create a new folder and start a new save. Same issue ? You might also need to repair the game after doing so.
