Problem placing stairs between basement and ground floor
Game is up to date, No Mods, No packs (base game). I like to use stairs with 3 landings, I think of it as a "spiral" stair case. I stack these on top of each other frloor to floor. This was working, and I don't really know when this problem showed up, as I haven't used build more for several month now. However, this was a problem in the past, sometime in the past few years, and it was fixed and has worked for a while, but currently, it is definitely problematic.. The conditions are four basement levels, and four upper story levels. When the stairs are configured as I mentioned above, they occupy a 3x3 tile area, and they can be stacked right above each other from basement -4 to story +4. Looks really cool. Also, all levels are medium height. I also have tried this with all of the packs running, and also the mods I like to use, and it works exactly the same for those three cases. I am going to admit that I did not try stairs with 0 landings, 1 or 2 landings. It took up more time than I wanted to spend just trying to figure out what was going on with 3 landings. A few more tidbits: Everything seems to work just fine on the above ground floors, and if I load a build that I had made before, it loads just fine, and works just fine in live mode, except for the fact that Sims get stuck somehow in the center and can't get out and die if not discovered in time. A build I did that shows what I can't do currently is on the gallery, user name patchell3, Creepy House, or did I spell that Creapy House. That build is just fine, but currently it is not possible to duplicate it. Just verified, I spelt it Creapy House.
