Problems with the free event

Question

HelloI seem to have a problem with this free event.Already started last week on week 2 mission 2.the sims diamond that should be in the left corner is gone. checked several times and have asked for help at EA's support but they referred me here.I have restarted the game, checked if there was an update and renamed the folder. Nothing works.They say that there are more people who have problems but do not know if it has been solved for anyone?I need help!&nbsp;

thessess&nbsp; Please try removing accountDataDB.package, in Documents &gt; Electronic Arts &gt; The Sims 4.&nbsp; If this helps, and you're willing, please share your accountDataDB file.&nbsp; You can upload it to a free third-party filesharing site (e.g. Google Drive) and link it here.
If that doesn't help, please use this master bug thread:

And include the fact that deleting the file did nothing.
