Profile picture not visible in the in-game gallery

Hi. I have had the same picture on the EA website (where you can find the website version of the gallery), the EA app, and other Sims 4 related places for well over six months now, but I noticed today that my profile picture isn't visible in the in-game gallery. I've tried being online and visible in the EA app, uploading content without CC, and changing visibility settings on the EA website, but nothing works. Someone else who was trying to help me also tried changing their profile picture, and nothing happened, it stayed the same. Is there something that I'm doing wrong, or is this an issue on EA's side that they need to fix?

P.S. In the place of the profile picture, there's just a little happy bunny.

    I see now that it isn't visible on the start screen of the game either (where you choose to start a new game, load a game, etc.)

    Hi @plumsiebob,

    Your picture in the Gallery should be the same picture that you use in the EA app- try updating your picture again in the EA app and let me know if it updates in-game please.

    Hi, thank you for the reply. It isn't possible to change the profile picture directly in the EA app, it redirects me to the EA website, but I tried changing it on the site earlier today, as well as just now, but that hasn't worked, sadly.

    I have the same problem!!! - I can see the picture on the EA myaccount page, but when I open the gallery - the place of the picture is blue, - there is no picture!

    @Kittekass 

    Have you checked the in-game Gallery rather than the website version of the Gallery to see if your profile picture appears there?

    Hello, first I want to thank your team for a super good game and say that it has been my favorite for a very long time! 

    Yes, i can see it there, I added 3 pictures to. It is not visible only when I open the gallery page on the laptop. I'm sorry, I know it's a very minor concern and it doesn't affect or interfere with my game in any way, but it's weird and caught my eye.

    And I thought reading this post here that maybe there is a solution to this?!
