Promotion Tasks not updating!

Hi,

I've had this problem for a few weeks now and it's getting pretty annoying considering the amount of money I've spent on this game..

I finish a promotion task like raising a skill level, but it won't update it in the career panel..

I have already fully updated the game, uninstalled and reinstalled it, repaired it, closed it opened it.. I am at my wits end. Please help me fix this.
