@RandomBuzziness i haven't tried using the cheats yet. There is no option on the computer for adoption. So I guess I can't adopt the cat yet..thank you!

- @iamvakekz I hope you are able to have lots of nice visits with your cat friend until you can adopt =^-^= I'm thinking I might try living with a few roommates in a private residence in Britechester where pets are an option (I think?) xD
