Re: Bored from Eating Quick Meals???

@sushicrow , like @ZanthiatheMystic mentioned, this was added to the game because of University, however, it was added in the update prior to the release of University, much like the ability to have Sentiments was added to the game because of Snowy Escape, but in the patch that came out right before its release. 😉

I've only had this moodlet from eating several quick meals with no other real meals in between. That said I have not had any quick meals since the patch before Snowy Escape came out, so perhaps it is now bugged. 🤔 🤷‍♀️ I could not find it on the list of reported Bugs at this time, but perhaps nobody has caught it yet.  Do you happen to use any Mods or Custom Content (CC) in your game? 🤔

    @PugLove888   I do use mods, but removed them and did the clear cache song and dance, which did not work but was abouve aveerage in sound. I even enjoyed a repair game prance.

    Odd thing is my sim only ate 1 qucik meal. My sims also usually cook, but she was in a food emergency - I think that was the sim I made cooka anyway and she burned the stove and set ferself on fire, so quick meal it was!

    Thanks for the replies and patience. I'm benn experienceing tech headaches, from rebellious electronics to disovedient kitchesn sponges.

    @sushicrow In Snowy Escape your Sims will be able to experience sentiments. This is part of the new lifestyle emotions. Does your Sim, the one that gets bored, have a high (culinary) cooking skill or may be even a master chef trait. Some of the new sentiments either work against the already existing skills, traits or emotions or they work in enhancement of these. So it could well be that your Sims gets bored by eating such a simple meal because she is a highly skilled cook.

    @Trismagistos  No she doesn't have high cooking skill. She's a Bro, so I would think she'd want a drink and not care about much else 🙂 Other traits are Athletic and Adventurous. Her lifetime with is to Climb Every Mountain or whatever that new lifetime wish in the Athletic tree is, can't remember the proper name. The one that gives hight metablosims tratt so that she doesn't have to worry about drinkg up those uh..juices.

    @sushicrow I think this explains a lot. Your Sim might get bored of not being adventurous, climbing or risk seeking. This has probably more to do with these new traits and wishes than it has to do with the sandwich.
    Try giving her some excitement. Try skiing or climbing in the weekend or let her have a walk through the bamboo forest for instance.

    @Trismagistos  I always read the patch notes before I decide to patch my game. I took another look anyway. I don't see anything to indicate from the update notes or my gameplay that sentiments are or appear erratic nor any indication that sentiments should effect this at all.

    At this point this seems like a bug to me, so I'm going to post there. Thanks everyone 🙂
