@JasonD716 The desktop version of a given graphics card is always faster than the laptop version, for various reasons. How much faster depends on the card, the laptop's basic settings, and which versions are in the laptop and desktop, but you can expect about 10% better performance for a desktop 1650 than a laptop 1650. The gap can end up being larger, but it's probably not going to be smaller unless there's something wrong with the desktop.

@JasonD716 All GTX 1650 desktop cards are within a few percentage points of each other in performance, and they can all run Sims 4 on ultra graphics settings without trouble.

@JasonD716 Yes, an i5-10400F is more than fine for Sims 4 plus whatever else you happen to run while playing.

@JasonD716 As I said before, any GTX 1650 will be within a few percentage points in performance of all the other 1650s. They're all fine for Sims 4.
