@Jopliplae Could you upload the Sim to your library and place them in a new save and test there to find out if it's just limited to that save or a general issue with the Sim ?

@crinrict It seems to be an issue with the save. With a new save it works just fine.

@Jopliplae Could be something on the Sim that gets removed by uploading them to the gallery. Hard to tell.

Have you tried just moving them out and back in ? Sometimes that helps with stuff.

@crinrict I tried it, but unfortunately it doesn't fixed it.

@Jopliplae Another idea: Could you try turning cupid's corner on and off for the Sim ?

@Jopliplae Bit hard to find out what's wrong with the Sim without looking at it but I don't currently have the time to look at saves.

Maybe someone else has further ideas.
