Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I need a product key to redeem in the child account but my sims 4 hasn't got a product key
What happens when the bug occurs? I can't do anything without a product key
What do you expect to see? I way to install sims 4 on my daughters account/pc

Hello,

I want to install sims 4 on my daughters pc with a child account but I need a product key to install it. Sims4 base game is free and I don't have a product key.

I had contact with support desk and they told me that maybe it won't work with child account, I also cleared the cache but that didn't work either.

Could anybody help me with this or do I need to make a seperate adult account for her.
