    What I do when that happens to me is go into manage worlds and temporarily move the twin with the ugly bassinet into another household for a bit. Then I go into the original house in build mode, delete the bassinet I don't want, place the new one I chose, then go back to manage worlds, move the baby back in and when you load up the household and go back into your house you'll see the baby in the bassinet you wanted. Hope this helps!
