Re: Elder gameplay pack

@rebclark , , @xochiquetzl_xkvn , @JonaO703 , I completely agree that elders should have some skills (like Cooking skill) already!  However, I know an elder in real life that has barely even learned how to use the microwave, despite having a high IQ!  😅
However, I think most elders would at least have a cooking skill of 3.  Same for social and humor skills! You would have to be a hermit not to have learned a few social niceties by the time you are an elder.  😊

@rebclark , I have always used the terms "elder" and senior" interchangeably, since that is what I've always heard both terms being used for. I suppose it could differ depending on country or region, but even in  books, TV, and movies I usually have heard both terms mean the same thing.🤔  So, I'm curious as to what makes them different for you!  ? 🧐

    It is pretty much the same.

    What makes them different to me? Well, a Senior is higher up in age/grade as elder has reached the stage of more respect I guess you would say.

    Pre-teen vs. teen, toddler vs. not as wobbly, lol.

    It is all pretty close, just a transitional stage of maturing/ageing.

    I think of myself as a senior mostly because my husband is an elder, older than me. I'm 69 he's 77. Terms of endearment are also there.

    If you're 90 and someone sees you as a senior, then you are look'in good baby, lol.

    Thank you for asking. All of you are very nice.

    @rebclark , thank you for replying! 🥰

    That is interesting! 🤨😎 I have never heard anyone use these two terms differently (though I'm sure you are not the only one!) 😀
    My parents are just a little older than you and your husband, and they use the terms interchangeably , as do people from where I live (which is over 1000 miles from where my parents grew up).  But variations can occur from country, to region, to family, or even differ between members of the same family, so you never know! 😅

    @Scobren , yes! While my dad isn't active as an elder, my mom sure is! 🥳 I also know other seniors who are active in various exercises, which is why I was so disappointed that seniors have such a hard time exercising in the game!  They can't even get on the treadmill just to walk because if they get on the treadmill, they are soon in danger of dying! 😬

    Hopefully we either get an elder/senior pack, or we get a Generations pack that increases the interactions our elder Sims can do! 🤞  There is certainly a need for it, and it will make our families feel more fleshed out! 🥰
