    @simsplayer818 I just got off the phone with Xbox/Microsoft support and they couldn't help me. I was referred to help.ea.com.  😭

    Do you know if there is a live chat or phone option with EA? I can't seem to find one, only an AI "chat" that doesn't understand my problem, lol.

    @dejdlziv82rf I did find an EA end of summer sale here:

    But when I click on Xbox it just takes me to Microsoft and full price. As it's purchased from Microsoft they should have answered your question. They used to be excellent but lately they just refer players to EA, which is disappointing. But they are answering questions about this very issue on their forum.

    @simsplayer818 Hmm, the link you provided from the Microsoft forum seems to be from a 2023 Black Friday sale—was that the link you meant to post? Or maybe it's meant to get me pointed in the right direction, ha!

    @dejdlziv82rfYes I know, it was an example sorry I should have said that lol typing too quickly. On the page it has a link to ask a question but it requires signing in. Hopefully as they've answered one player they should answer you too.

    Edit: I've just learned that the sale prices are showing on PlayStation.

    @dejdlziv82rf I think we're getting somewhere! I've carried on digging. This info says there are no offers for Xbox at the moment. 

    "Unfortunately, there are no Sims 4 End of Summer Deals available for Microsoft Xbox platforms as of now. We’ll keep you updated if more info comes out!"

    @simsplayer818 Hoo boy, it's looking like someone made an oops when setting up the home page, then! I've been aware of a number of pack sales in the past that Xbox wasn't a part of, but the tile was never there taunting us in game! 😭

    Anyway, thanks for all the sleuthing! I'm going to accept this as a solution (and be a little sad about it, ha!).

    @dejdlziv82rfI shall join you in being sad about it! Despite having the content myself, I'm disappointed for my fellow Xboxers.

    Edit: it just occurred to me that we may be added later so I'd keep checking just incase! Also check a few packs as it may just be selected ones if Xbox is added at some point. Fingers crossed.

    I was wondering what was going on when all of the packs were at regular price after tapping on the ad on the front page. Dang it… oh well at least I got a little bit of an answer.
