@AarinA  Sims 4 can't run on a Chromebook, and there's nothing short of wiping your computer and installing Windows that would change that.  Even installing Windows might not help: many Chromebooks have hardware that's too weak to run the game properly.  And that's also why there will probably never be a Chrome OS version of Sims 4, that and the relatively small market share.

You could try getting a refund for the game, or you could keep it for when you buy or at least have access to a computer that runs Windows or macOS, if you think that's a possibility in the future.
