What phone number did you use to contact Origin? I am having the same issue and no one seems to be able to help me

@SheriGR I have followed those steps already. I’ve filled out the EA form 3 times and have talked to someone through chat. I was hoping to talk to someone on the phone. Talking through online is really difficult and has been very time consuming

Effective today, the following changes will be made to our available support options. These changes will stay in effect until we can return to normal operation:

Phone support will be closed for all languages

Arabic and Dutch language support will be closed for email, chat and phone options

English Support hours will be reduced to 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m, UTC Monday - Saturday
