Just got done with chat with EA rep and university is not available for bundle but will be soon. no clue on how soon is.
@xXDrop_TankXx Discover University is definitely available to bundle right now—EA_Mai has confirmed as much, pllus a few people have bought it. What you described though saounds like what you'd see if you didn't own the game yet: you can also bundle the base game plus one expansion. Are you sure you're using the same account that already owns the game? Sometimes people have more than one. You can also try a different browser to see whether it makes a difference.

@xXDrop_TankXx I don't know what's going on with your system, but Discover University is available for bundling again, no matter what the support rep told you.
When you login to origin.com, does Sims 4 show in your game library? What if you use a different browser? I just checked in Firefox, in a private browser window, and the bundle page listed the packs in their proper categories.
