Re: No "Take a Vaction" Option

I checked one household, the Prescott's from High School Years.It was a Saturday, so school starts in 2 days. 

Tai Lum (Elder) had Take a Vacation. He doesn't have a job, so he did not get Take a Vacation Day. 

Mei Prescott (Adult) had Take a Vacation and Take a Vacation Day (Writer). She had to wait until about 23 hours before work to get the Vacation Day option. 

Molly Prescott had Take a Vacation. She does not have a job but she does have an after school activity. She did not get Take a Vacation Day because her activity doesn't give them and it was 3 days until the next activity. 

Amy Prescott (Child) did not have either option. 

I believe this is correct behavior by the game. Take a Vacation is limited to Elders, Adults, Young Adults, and Teens. Take a Vacation Day is limited to Sims who have jobs or school, but can only be taken when the next work/school day is less than 24 hours away. In addition, some jobs don't have vacation days (Acting and Freelancer, I think). Other jobs, which have a work-from-home option, let you take PTO (personal time off() about an hour before work, when you decide whether to go in or work from home, but don't let you schedule it any sooner than that.
