it is a bug on the sim, no-matter where he goes its still there.

Most Sims hate being surrounded by filth and squalor.

which should mean some-thing needs cleaning.

it is all clean, i even have rebuilt the house, and got new items.

but the sim still makes other sims uncomfortable being near him/her.

so its not a problem with the house and items.

its a BUG problem that keeps showing up on the sims

i have even visited different places with the sim, and it has the same affect.

so it must be a bug/glitche on the moodlet, seeing that the sim gets it for no real reason.

Do you have a one Sim Family ? Is it just the one Sim ?

Do they both have the moodlet ?

Also does the moodlet go away if you go to a different lot or outside the lot ?

I have a similar issue.

I am playing one family with 8 people and anytime they go outside to their yard, they get the uncomfortable moodlet for dirty surroundings. But there is nothing dirty in the yard. No dishes, nothing broken, and they have a daily maid service so anything dirty would be cleaned up regularly. But the outside is so disgusting they all get that moodlet.

Any piles from upgrading (maids won't clean those until you salvaged them) ? Does it go away if you leave your lot ?

Any plants that gone bad ?

I'll look more carefully for piles and plants, but I don't think so. I'll try leaving the lot and coming back too.

Are you using mods ?
