Would be a good to have an in-between Wall Mode option to view interior walls when in Cutaway mode.
- Walls UP
- Cutaway UP - REQUEST interior walls between rooms are visible
- Cutaway DOWN
- Walls DOWN
A workaround is to use half-walls at their tallest height for interior walls. Half-walls always stay up when in Cutaway or Walls Down mode.
Of course, Sims are notorious for putting plates and empty water glasses on half-walls. I know there are a couple of Half-Wall Trims in Get Famous and Dine Out that prevent plate dumping on half-walls. Would be nice to have a new plate-resistant Half-Wall Trim for Base Game if we're to use half-walls as an interior wall alternative.
