@madsilvermoonAs @jpkarlsen pointed out it is not possible to have different wall heights but you can use different foundation heights.
To create an even greater difference you can also use te terrain tool to heighten the grounds of the main house, or lower the grounds of the guest house to emphasise the use of the properties.
