@haechanslover Not all issues with houseload loading are mod-related. Since yours happens with no mods, I'll move you and your refreshed, reorganized Mods folder to Game Issues.

Try the following
- Close the game
- Rename Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old
- Start the game. All your content will be gone now as the game created a new folder. All your saves/.. is still in the old folder so not to worry
- Close the game again
- Copy JUST your save game from Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4_Old\Saves to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 to Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Saves
- Start your save
- Check if you still have the error
- Report back with your results for further steps on how to get your stuff back.
Hi @crinrict, I did as you instructed, and the issue is still happening. I played through gameplay for 30 minutes to make sure, and my game saved and exited, which is new when I exit from this specific household, but when I reopened to see if the bug was still persisting, my household was deleted, so now I'm not sure what else to do.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@haechanslover Would you mind sending me your save ? Instructions linked in my signature
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@haechanslover By deleted you mean the household is gone from your game, right ?
I've been playing some and didn't see any endless loading and I can save and the family has progress.
Is it anything specific you're doing when you have problems ? @crinrict Yes, the household is completely deleted I found that when I go into cas, travel to different worlds, or try to switch between multiple households in my save, that’s when they delete. If I play another household, I can save and exit and the Sasaki household will be fine, but when I switch to their household, save, and exit they delete. In some instances when I was testing, I’d go into cas and they’d be gone and a random person would be there, and when I exit cas without saving, I’d get kicked to manage world and there’d be glitching blue squares instead of the sims.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@haechanslover I tried all that: Going to CAS, travelling, switching households and back, then saving and reloading the game and all is fine for me.
Did you ever try splitting up the household to see if you can narrow down the culprit to a certain Sim ? One Child does seem to have a graphical glitch at the neck. @crinrict I tried splitting the household one by one and it seems that it’s a glitch with all of them, because the bug reproduced even as I tested. I even tried having them move households to see if the lot was the glitch and the bug still happened.
- crinrict2 years agoHero+@haechanslover I really don't know what's wrong cause it works fine for me.
Could you try creating a new windows user, start the game from there and just add the save game over to see if that helps (all for testing) @crinrict I just tried that as well, and when I loaded into the game their household has already been deleted.
