@Mysteek220065 Are you using a house in the Snowy Escapes world? Try a lot in a different town. ALL Snowy Escape lots are bugged. The power usage on those bills are MUCH higher than other lots. Even on an empty lot, it uses a ton of power even before you build anything. This causes very expensive bills there.
