Yeah, don't know if that's by design or not, waiting for QA on this.

It's always been that way though.

This is by design, I don't think there's a way to disable the notifications you speak of. I'd recommend posting about it in the Feedback forum. The tutorials that are supposed to be disabled when using that option are like the ones in my attached screenshot here.

But these notifications are repeating.
Can't you add a checkbox "[X] Don't show same lessons again" in Game Options - Tutorials section?
