Re: TS4 Digital Deluxe languages.

I have been playing the Sims 4 since it's 2014 release and I have never encountered this issue. Never with Origin, never until EA. 

I updated my game a day ago, as I hadn't played The Sims 4 in a couple of months, and when I launched my game, it was in Czech. There is no option in game to change your language, therefore you need to do it via the EA game app. I tried to change the game language through the EA app, and it will only let me select Czech, Polish or Russian. 

To my understanding, my game has now been regionally locked, (after the 11 years I have been using this game?). I read about other users online having this issue and they have to contact EA. There is no direct contact for EA, so you need to spend at least 20 minutes aimlessly scrolling through articles that don't help. Eventually I found "My cases" and created a case. The advisor enters the chat and I explain my issue. He informs me there is nothing that he can do on his end, and that I should post on this forum as the managers will hopefully see this and help.

No disrespect to the agent as he was honest, but it's actually appalling how bad EA is to contact, and solve problems. Not giving their staff the tools or means to actually fix the issue. 

So please, EA, fix my game language back to English, as this has NEVER been an issue before.
