Reaper quest week 2 done and no rewards
I accidentally clicked "exit" instead of "save and exit" while closing the game and after i opened the game again it shows me that the quests are done, but there are no rewards. I contacted EA help and i did everything i was told to do - i chose the App Recovery in the EA app and cleared the cache, i uninstalled and reinstalled the app, installed the game again, repaired it before opening and still nothing. So i can't get any help from EA either as EA help is saying that there is nothing they can do... Has anyone else had this issue? Is there someone who can help me with this? Or is this a total lost cause?
@elsaeeIf you exited without saving, you have unfortunately lost whatever inventory acquired / lot changes made since your last save. But your account should still have the quests marked complete and the rewards unlocked, because that's on an account level not per save.
You should be able to buy the freezer boneys, grimophone, and Green Lady's Tome in the build/buy catalog.
The pants and earrings should still be in CAS.
The lot challenge should still be in lot challenges.
Unfortunately, what your Sim was rewarded with for free is probably lost and will need to be re-purchased. So even though the quest gave you the freezer boneys free, to get them back in your save they'll need to be purchased for 75 simoleons each in build/buy. Same with the rewards that were items already in game - the gardening and cooking skill books will need to be repurchased from a bookshelf and the potions from the aspiration rewards store.(edited to add screenshots)
