@kirstymarie20 Normally this isn't fixable. However, given that you don't own the base game on your account, you may be able to convince EA customer support to transfer the content to your husband's account. I would strongly recommend using live chat rather than email. If you don't see the option, try this link:
Make sure you're signed into an EA site (this one is fine) before clicking the link and that the location in the lower-right corner of the browser window is set to U.S. or U.K.
Alternately, you can try using the help site without signing in. Some options allow you to continue without an active login, and those typically offer the live chat option.
