Refund Request for a Sims 4 Bundle
Sims 4 - I purchased a bundle thinking it was a new add-on, but I already had the games that were in the bundle. I cannot find a way to contact support nor able to request a refund. It shouldn't have let me purchase the bundle if I already have the individual add-ons purchased. Is there any way to get a refund or get in touch with support?
