Refund request to sony

For anyone else who's sick of how much maxis/EA breaks this game with each update and is looking for a refund on their product, I've requested a refund to Sony for the base game and all dlc. Due to the fact that the game has now become unplayable there's a good case for a refund despite Sony's poor refund policy. here in the UK we should be able to get a refund on faulty products which this game certainly is at this point. If anyone else is looking to do the same, now is probably the best time to do so.

I'll post an update when I hear back from Sony, if the refund is rejected then I'll take it further. Consumer standards over here should be able to do something about it. I think it's time I called it a day with this "game" and put my refund money towards cyberpunk 2077 😉

  • I wish you luck in getting a refund I requested one because I couldn't even play the game with all the crashes and I was told that I can't get a refund.

    I don't doubt that success rate on refunds vary from country to country..

    The system requirements seems to have increased since I first purchased, although I don't recall seeing that reflected in writing. I do know that I had the same GP, SP, XP for years and it ran smooth,. Then everntaually my game ran like crap. I had it installed on 2 machines. both 64 bit. On one system I had to roll back to Legacy Edition because one of the updates made my game horribly laggy, the other system ran OK not great but both machines had issues with horrible travel lag. In camparison, I replaced one computer, this one has better specs and the game runs much better, don't have the travel lag anymore. I should have never needed to roll back a game to Legacy  that was playing smoothly for years with no changes on my end, esp since it was 64 bti system.

    @dj-conflict  good luck.
