Crows not showing feed or clean interactions, missing interactions

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Current
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? I don’t know this had been since I downloaded the expansion
What happens when the bug occurs? Interactions are missing from pie menus
What do you expect to see? I expect to see interactions that’s supposed to be available
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Ok so I downloaded the new life and death pack but I have a whole bunch of interactions missing, write horror books not showing, not being able to check assignments on book are in reaper career, can’t write a reaper manual, can’t get order of lenore quests but also crows only show fine mood when you hover over them and in the interactions there is no option to feed or clean the crows. 
I took out all my mods, I repaired the game and none of these interactions show up?
