Rent trailer/caravan without the For Rent pack

Hello Apologies if this post is in the wrong place, can anyone help with this please? I am building a 2 trailer/static caravan plus a communal laundry room space on a lot in the eco lifestyle world...

@Celticrose67 If you have Discover University, you can advertise for "roommates" and then try to lock doors to your played Sim and to the roommates to try to keep each set in the correct home - though your Sims may still try to queue using the other Sim's things and then complain about the pathing. Your played Sims would still pay taxes on the whole lot, but would at least also get a payment from the roommate.
