Resolved - Sims 4 EA Play DLC

Hi, so my primary concern was that before purchasing my EA Play subscription, I checked through and saw that all of the Sims 4 DLC I wanted was marked with “EA Play” but when I purchased my subscription, it’s not letting me access any of them. Every single pack requires payment again. So my question is, what packs are available and how would I even access them? PSN states they’re all available via EA Play. I have it, but can’t access a single one without paying the price for the DLC. So what do I do?

    Final update: This issue is confirmed as resolved as of July 27th.

    I joined play and got Get to Work free, and epic games is giving away a bundle of free packs May 11th. That is nice!

    PC. Sorry; I forgot about platforms, I don’t use.

    I only downloaded Original Sims 4; I use Play not Play Pro, and I got a. Was to Get to Work as soon as I joined Play;So, since Get to Work was Sims 4 first pack, I hope, they are planning to give out rest in their chronological order over time.    Not an EA employee, just poor Sims Addict.

    So, Sims Get to Work introduces Aliens to Sims 4. Image of my CAS Alien should be proof, I have access to that Pack, I assume
