Restaurant Gameplay

Hi, first time posting. When you own a restaurant, is anyone else having issues once your restaurant has opened and you might click out of it and when you go back the restaurant says it's closed but it's still trading as normal and when you press to reopen, everyone leaves. I hope that made sense. Also, in the restaurant, is anyone having issues with the clothing of the staff. I make up a certain uniform but when you go into gameplay, it's completely different. Any help would be great thanks
