I purchase the sims packs from there since 2015 so the website is reliable.

i also contacted their customer care and they told me since the code was redeemed after the purchase they cannot refund me

As I said instant gaming has been a reliable website since 2015, and they already told me that since the code has been redeemed after the purchase the won't refund me or replace the code...

I don't think this is fair to me.

the ea's customer care agent told me you were going to help me solve the problem. I didn't do anything wrong,,,

We cannot assist you with codes purchased from a third party site that isn't on our list of approved vendors, as we cannot verify the origin of the codes. The codes sold on those sites could be stolen or obtained fraudulently through some other means and then resold to you. These codes are regularly deactivated by us as they are found, it simply isn't safe to purchase from these sites for our products. 

I'll be closing this thread now as we've provided you with all the information we can on this. I'm afraid you'll need to take this issue up with Instant Gaming for a resolution.
