[RL] Dynasty head gets no popup selector with 'Arrange Promotion for' on phone
Does it matter who they try to promote ? Which careers are your Sims in ?
Could you test if you have the same issue in a new save with Dante ? For me he also works fine.
Have you tried making another Sim the dynasty head for testing purposes to see if it's an issue with the dynasty or the Sim ? Maybe switching back and forth fixes the issue.

That fixed it! I had Dante step down as head of the dynasty, had his son make Dante heir, checked that his son had the arrange promotion option pop-up, then reversed the process so that in the end Dante was head again. Now he does have the arrange promotion pop-up come up fine with no error thrown. Thank you!
So apparently this was a glitch with this particular sim and it got pushed out by going through that process. So, no need for the bug report. What a relief! Thanks, crinrict
