i updated my game yesterday and played all day, just got off of work and opened sims up and it needed another update. now since i’ve done that, i cannot open the save file i was playing, it gets stuck on loading screen. every other save file works just fine and ive also tried removing my mods
it’s working now, i ended up going into my save file folder, making a copy and opening up that save instead and somehow it opened
how did you remove your mods ? Did you delete cache files and physically remove the folder ?
Do you have any LastException files in Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4 ?
Deleting the file won't fix your issue. Posting the info is meant for troubleshooting.
I have the same problem, the game just loads, I can't access any sims
