Scenario NPC sim cloning/ constant auto populating

Stuck in their Shadow scenario keeps populating Lewis Sancho clones. I have at least over twenty of him at any one time roaming around my game and hes getting on my nerves.

I have tried fixing the game and uninstall / re-install and he still shows up. I have got the latest game patches and new expansion packs and he's still there.

This happened before I downloaded script mods (T.O.O.L and MCCC). I keep deleting him with MCCC and the original one (the one known by Nova Curious) is still about. He remains unchanged. The clones seem to appear constantly, as NPC spawning on both home lots and on community lots. When I try and hire staff using Get To Work etc most of the potential staff pool is Lewis Sancho.

I'm starting an I hate Lewis Sancho club if this carries on. Its been months now!

Does anyone have any suggestions on a permanent fix?

    Been having the same problem! Started after the recent Adventure Awaits Patch

    Yes. I believe the game is spawning him because the scenario glitched out for me so I cancelled it.
