Script Call Failed, Can't Place Item

This is happening to me but with Hot Tubs. I honestly have no idea what's causing it!

I have the same problem with CC lights! :)

There has been issues with lights since the latest patches.
Try downloading the latest version of Sims 4 studio and using the batch fix to resolve the issue. You need to register to use the site but it is free. All the lights can be fixed together at the same time.

To access the download page and to download the program, you need to first register for the site. Register for the site, then go to the download page and download the program. There is a download link half way down the page.

I too am having the same issue, but mine is with the lights. Every time I try to place lights (custom mods) I get the "script fail".

Try doing what I suggested in the above post ,of running the batch fix for the lights in Sims 4 studio program, and that should fix the issues.

this has been happening to me recently, too! It's mostly lighting that doesn't work anymore but some other items, too. frustrating! It's only a recent thing for me.
